Quality Questioning

I use real timeboard to show what I learned throughout the chapters. I learned that you should always allow students time to come up with answer and to be respectful about each child's answer. The quality questioning also showed me how I should gain my students attention more during class discussion. The QQ shows many different types of classroom management methods that as a teacher should be followed, this has gave me a completely different outlook on ways to keep my students attention,and keep them encouraged about learning.
